As part of the economic strategy of the company, Pan Service, Ltd has created a service network that covers the whole territory of the country which consists of 34 technically equipped facilities with 120 well trained specialists. (See service offices in the country).
10 of those facilities (situated in the major cities of the country with a total surface area of 3000 m2) belong to the company, and have all been purchased, renovated, and modified to have the same design and technical equipment. Four of them are in Sofia (in the central area; Mladost; Lulin; and Okolovrasten Pat), the others are in Plovdiv, Varna, Bourgas, Stara Zagora, Pleven, Rousse, Veliko Turnovo, and Vidin. These facilities owned by the company are the backbone of our service network, and 75-85% of all warranty repairs are conducted there. All this give a stability, consistency and assurance directed to the clients. The other 22 offices in the country work as a part of the service network under contract.
As an integral part of the service network are the central warehouse in Sofia and a few more smaller warehouses in the country containing more than 25 000 different spare parts.
